Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in chip design, design automation, or a closely related area
- Strong enthusiasm for research and a clear interest in chip design
- Confidence, initiative, and the motivation to pursue internationally leading research
- Professional maturity, perseverance in the face of research challenges, and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Solid research training, rigorous academic standards, and strong writing skills in both Chinese and English
