Recruiting Two Ph.D. Students Each Year

Our group welcomes applications from prospective Ph.D. students interested in analog, mixed-signal, and data-converter IC design. Please contact us in advance and complete the registration form if you would like to join the interview process.

How to Apply

1. Please email Prof. Nan Sun at nansun@tsinghua.edu.cn to briefly introduce your background, intended degree application, and your interest in joining the interview process.
2. Please also complete the registration form so that we can collect your information and schedule the interview efficiently: Registration Link
3. Interviews are generally arranged in mid-to-late May each year. The exact time will be confirmed by email, and any schedule adjustment will be communicated in advance.

PPT Preparation

Please prepare a PPT for the interview. Around 10 slides is usually appropriate. The presentation may include:

1. A brief introduction to your background, coursework, projects, and research experience.
2. A reading summary and your own understanding of any paper published by our group within the past five years.
3. A short description of your future study plan or research interests.

Interview Format

The interview typically lasts about 30 minutes and includes three parts:

1. A brief self-introduction of about 2 minutes.
2. An 8-minute paper-reading presentation on any paper from our group published within the past five years.
3. A 20-minute technical discussion.
