The Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University invites applications for two research-track faculty positions to support disciplinary development and research growth. Successful candidates will join Prof. Nan Sun’s group and help build a world-leading research team in integrated circuit and chip design. We offer strong research support, competitive compensation, and the corresponding benefits of Tsinghua University’s formal staff appointment, including assistance related to household registration and children’s school enrollment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in chip design, design automation, or a closely related area
• Strong ambition, self-motivation, and the willingness to pursue internationally leading research
• Professional maturity, resilience in the face of research challenges, and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Solid research training, rigorous academic standards, and strong writing skills in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in integrated circuit and chip design, including analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF circuit design, as well as analog design automation
• Publish high-quality academic papers and apply for invention patents
• Participate in domestic and international academic exchange and collaboration
• Contribute to graduate student mentoring and related academic activities
