Zhishuai Zhang received his B.S. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2021, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Nan Sun. From July 2025 to January 2026, he was a visiting scholar in the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET), ETH Zurich under the supervision of Prof. Taekwang Jang. His research interests include agent-driven mixed-signal IC design automation, SAR ADCs, novel amplifiers, and switched-capacitor circuits. His work has been published in, accepted by, or presented at IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers (2025 October issue highlight), AAAI 2026, ISSCC SRP 2025, and other venues. He has received the 2025 ISSCC Jack Kilby Outstanding Student Paper Award and the 2025 IEEE SSCS Student Travel Grant Award, was a winner of the IEEE SSCS Student Circuit Contest in 2025, and is supported by the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scholar Basic Research Program for doctoral students.
